Norma Kamali accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip before sealing the package.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected.
